These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the YoungCare mobile applications, website, and related services (“Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

  • Child Information: Name, date of birth, activities, health details, photos/videos.
  • Usage Data: Device type, IP address, login times, app activity.

3. Scope of Services

YoungCare offers:

  • AI-Driven Communication: Instant messaging, video/voice calls, and AI-generated updates.
  • Child Activity Tracking: Digital logs, AI-generated summaries, and media sharing.
  • Center Management Tools: Attendance, scheduling, payment tracking, and reminders.
  • Secure Data Management: GDPR-compliant storage and privacy safeguards.

We may update, enhance, or remove features at our discretion to improve service quality.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Use the platform only for lawful childcare-related purposes.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
  • Refrain from uploading offensive, harmful, or unlawful content.
  • Avoid actions that disrupt the platform or compromise data security.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Subscription fees and billing terms will be disclosed during signup or renewal.
  • All payments must be made through approved payment methods within the platform.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension.

  • You retain full ownership of your center’s data.
  • We process and store data in line with our Privacy Policy and GDPR standards.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive for uninterrupted service but do not guarantee error-free operation. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Data loss due to user negligence or technical issues beyond our control.

9. Termination of Service

  • We may suspend or terminate your account for:
  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Misuse of the platform.
  • Non-payment of subscription fees.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat State, India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
