1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Access to paid features will continue until the billing cycle ends.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are granted only if requested within 7 days of purchase or renewal, provided there has been no significant usage of the service.

No refunds for partial months of service unless legally required.

Refunds for technical issues will be processed if the problem is verified and cannot be resolved within 5 business days.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, contact us with:

  • Account ID or registered email.
  • Payment reference number.
  • Reason for cancellation/refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Service Termination by YoungCare

If your account is terminated due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions, you will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Governing Law

All cancellations and refunds are subject to the laws of Gujarat State, India.
